About Me
I've been an entrepreneur/contractor for the past thirty five plus years. I am an avid tennis player, loving father, grandfather and husband. Hopefully a solid teammate , friend and leader .

I've spent the past ten plus years studying human health , peak performance , nutrition, philosophy and coaching. I am a certified holistic health coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition). I certified performance coach (Optimize / Heroic). And a certified Mental Performance Mastery coach (Brian Cain).
Currently working with clients to close gap from where they are to where they want to be in various domains of life. Whether it be sports, business, health and wellness . I lead with and follow my heart .

As I have reached an advanced stage in my life I feel it's time to give back , to teach what life has taught me . Bring back the boon as Joeseph Cambell says .

I am by know means a perfect person . In fact my struggles with weight , sugar , alcohol , heavily processed food along with other common vices are real and constant . I am continuing on this journey to improve . If we can improve one percent at a time , and have these gains compound and aggregate . With patience and persistence over time we will deepen our understanding and experience exponential gains .
